This Standard License ("License") is entered into between you ("You" or "Licensee") and ARCHZZ PTE. LTD., a company incorporated in Singapore, acting as the Seller and Licensor ("ArchZZ," "we," "us"). It governs the use of all 3D model files and related materials ("Assets") purchased or downloaded through the ARCHZZ platform.

Subject to your compliance with these terms, ArchZZ grants You a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to download, modify, and use each Asset that you have legitimately obtained through the Service, in both personal and commercial projects, including architectural visualization, rendering, client presentations, games, film, and printed media.

You do not need to attribute ArchZZ or the original creator when using an Asset in a permitted project.

The license for each Asset takes effect when the Asset is lawfully made available to You (by purchase or plan unlock) and continues indefinitely. Expiration, downgrade, or termination of a subscription plan does not revoke the license for Assets already unlocked or downloaded during the subscription period.

You may not:
(1) Resell, sublicense, redistribute, share, or transfer any Asset file, whether original or modified, on its own or as part of another model or asset pack;
(2) Upload Assets, in whole or in part, to other stock platforms, asset marketplaces, or model libraries;
(3) Use Assets as the primary value of a product that is itself offered for sale or distribution;
(4) Use Assets to train, fine-tune, or improve machine learning or artificial intelligence models or systems;
(5) Register or claim copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights over the original Asset.

For clarity, incorporating an Asset into a larger design work (for example, a rendered scene, game level, or visualization) does not by itself violate this section, as long as the Asset is not offered for resale as a standalone item or asset collection.

Certain Assets may include third-party trademarks, logos, product designs, or depictions of real persons or protected elements. Such elements are licensed for referential or editorial use only, and You are responsible for obtaining any additional permissions required for specific commercial uses. ArchZZ makes no representation that use of such elements complies with the trademark, publicity, or privacy laws of Your jurisdiction.

Some Assets available on Archzz may originate from third-party sources, including licensed contributors or external repositories. Archzz performs reasonable screening but does not independently verify ownership of all third-party content. If you believe any Asset infringes your rights, please contact us at (support@archzz.com), and we will investigate and, if appropriate, remove or restrict the material.

This License forms an integral part of our Terms of Use. For matters not expressly addressed herein, the Terms of Use apply. This License may be translated into other languages; in the event of any conflict or inconsistency, the English version shall prevail.
