When you purchase or download a 3D model from Archzz, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, nationwide license to use the model for personal, educational visualization projects.

You may not:
(1) Redistribute, resell, share, or transfer the model files (in original or modified form) to others;
(2) Use models as the main value of a product for resale (e.g., re-selling models, re-uploading on marketplaces);
(3) Claim authorship or copyright ownership over the original model.

Some models available on Archzz may originate from third-party sources, including licensed contributors or external repositories.
Archzz performs reasonable screening but does not independently verify ownership of all third-party content.
If you believe any model infringes your rights, please contact us at 【support@archzz.com】, and we will investigate and, if appropriate, remove or restrict the material.
Archzz acts as a platform and distributor for such content and assumes no liability for third-party materials provided through the Service.

This 3D Model Asset License Agreement constitutes an integral part of our Terms of Use. By accepting this Agreement, you acknowledge that you are also bound by the Terms of service. For any matters not expressly addressed in this Agreement, or in the event of any conflict, the Terms of Use shall apply, unless otherwise specified herein.
