Only DMCA-related communications should be sent to this contact. Other inquiries may not receive a response.

If you believe that content available on archzz infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA takedown notice that includes all of the following information, as required by 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3):
(1) Your physical or electronic signature;
(2) Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are covered);
(3) Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including the specific URL(s) on archzz sufficient to locate the material;
(4) Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
(5) A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
(6) A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Incomplete or non-compliant notices may not be processed.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, archzz may:
(1) Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material;
(2) Notify the user who uploaded or provided the content;
(3) Take reasonable steps consistent with the DMCA to address the claim.
archzz does not make determinations of ownership beyond the scope required by applicable law and does not adjudicate disputes between rights holders and users.

If you believe that material you uploaded to archzz was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification pursuant to 17 U.S.C. §512(g).
A valid counter-notification must include:
(1) Your physical or electronic signature;
(2) Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal;
(3) A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
(4) Your name, address, and telephone number; and
(5) A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, the Northern District of California), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice or their agent.
Counter-notices should be sent to the DMCA Contact listed above.

In accordance with the DMCA, archzz has adopted a policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
Archazz reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, what constitutes a repeat infringer, taking into account the number, frequency, and nature of valid infringement claims.

Some content on archzz may be generated using artificial intelligence tools or sourced from third-party licensors. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their uploaded or generated content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
archzz does not guarantee that any content made available on the platform is free from third-party rights and disclaims liability to the maximum extent permitted by law.

archzz reserves the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated policy on the archzz website.
