This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of our website, products, and services, including the purchase and download of 3D models, access to interior design inspirations, and use of AI-powered design generation tools (collectively, the “Services”).

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use Archzz. By creating an account or using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

To access certain features, you may need to create an account.
You agree to:
(1) Provide truthful and accurate information;
(2) Keep your login credentials secure; and
(3) Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Archzz reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement.

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the Agreement.
You shall not, and shall not permit any third party to:
(1) Copy, modify, distribute, resell, or sublicense any content, data, images, or any other materials provided through the Services, except as explicitly permitted by Archzz in writing;
(2) Use the Services for any infringing, deceptive, defamatory, or otherwise harmful purposes, including the generation of content that violates laws ;
(3) Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the source code or proper functioning of Archzz and its associated services;
(4) Use scraping, crawling, bots, or any other automated means to extract data or images from Archzz in bulk for any purpose;
(5) Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with any access controls, digital watermarks, or technical security measures implemented by Archzz.

4.1 License Grant
When you purchase or download a 3D model from Archzz, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, nationwide license to use the model for personal, educational visualization projects.
4.2 Restrictions
You may not:
(1) Redistribute, resell, share, or transfer the model files (in original or modified form) to others;
(2) Use models as the main value of a product for resale (e.g., re-selling models, re-uploading on marketplaces);
(3) Claim authorship or copyright ownership over the original model.
4.3 Third-Party Model Sources
Some models available on Archzz may originate from third-party sources, including licensed contributors or external repositories.
Archzz performs reasonable screening but does not independently verify ownership of all third-party content.
If you believe any model infringes your rights, please contact us at 【support@archzz.com】, and we will investigate and, if appropriate, remove or restrict the material.
Archzz acts as a platform and distributor for such content and assumes no liability for third-party materials provided through the Service.

We may provide AI tools for you now or in the future. In the event that such Services are provided,our AI tools allow you to generate images or visual materials based on text prompts or other reference data.
5.1 Use of Generated Content
You may use AI-generated outputs for personal or commercial purposes, subject to this Agreement and applicable laws.
However, you acknowledge and agree that:
(1) AI-generated content may not be unique, and similar outputs may be generated by others;
(2) Generated content may inadvertently resemble existing artworks, designs, or photographs;
(3) Archzz does not guarantee non-infringement, originality, or fitness for a specific purpose.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the generated content complies with all intellectual property, publicity, and other applicable laws. we shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the AI-generated content. You acknowledge and agree that such content is accessed and used at your own risk.
5.2 Training and Data
By using our AI tools, you acknowledge that Archzz may process input prompts and generation results to improve its algorithms, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
We do not use your personal images or proprietary data to train public models without your explicit consent.

All content on Archzz.com—including but not limited to text, graphics, 3D models, images, software,interface design, databases, logos,and the Archzz brand—is owned or licensed by Archzz and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Any unauthorised use of the content on Archzz.com ,including but not limited to reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation, is strictly prohibited.
Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of intellectual property rights to you.
If you submit content (e.g., uploaded designs, comments, or model files), you grant Archzz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it as needed to operate and promote the Services.

All purchases are processed via secure third-party payment systems.
Unless otherwise required by law, all payments are non-refundable once the digital product has been delivered or accessed.
Archzz reserves the right to modify pricing, licensing terms, or payment methods at any time.

Our Services may include links to third-party websites, software, or resources. Archzz does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party content.
Use of such resources is subject to those third parties’ terms and policies.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
Archzz disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
(1) The Services will be uninterrupted or error-free;
(2) Models or AI outputs are accurate, original, or legally risk-free; or
(3) Content from third-party contributors is properly licensed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Archzz and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the total amount you paid to Archzz during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Archzz, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your:
(1) Violation of this Agreement;
(2) Misuse of the Services or content; or
(3) Infringement of third-party rights.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate the provision of all or part of the Services to you without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that: (a) you have breached this Agreement; (b) your use of the Services involves suspected illegal activity; or (c) such action is necessary to protect the security or integrity of the Services.
Upon termination, all licenses we granted to you will immediately end.
Please note that this provision is established to safeguard the integrity of the Services and ensure a high-quality experience for our community. We undertake not to use this right to unfairly disrupt your access to our services, and will only exercise it under circumstances that are necessary, reasonable, and lawful.

Archzz may revise this Agreement from time to time.
Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes arising from this Agreement or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

This Data Protection Addendum (“Addendum”) forms part of the Terms of Use (“Agreement”) between you (“User”) and Archzz Pte. Ltd. (“Archzz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
This Addendum describes how Archzz complies with applicable data protection laws, including the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1.1 Personal Data: Any information that identifies or can identify a living individual.
1.2 Processing: Any operation performed on personal data (collection, use, storage, transmission, deletion, etc.).
1.3 Controller: The party determining the purposes and means of processing personal data (Archzz acts as Controller for user data).
1.4 Processor: The party processing data on behalf of a controller (e.g., hosting provider, payment processor).

Archzz acts as the data controller for information collected directly from users, such as account details and usage data.
When we use third-party services (e.g., cloud hosting, AI engines, or payment gateways), those services act as data processors.
Archzz ensures all processors provide adequate protection consistent with this Addendum.

We may process the following personal data:
(1) Account information (name, email, password hash)
(2) Payment details (processed securely by third-party providers)
(3) Log data (IP address, browser type, device information)
(4) Prompts, uploaded files, or generated outputs when using AI tools
(5) Communication data (support requests, feedback, or correspondence)

We process your personal data for the following purposes:
(1) To provide and maintain the Services (performance of a contract);
(2) To communicate with you (legitimate interest);
(3) To manage billing and payments (legal obligation and contract);
(4) To improve and personalize our Services (legitimate interest);
(5) To comply with applicable laws (legal obligation).

Your data may be transferred and processed outside your country, including to servers located in Singapore, the EU, or the United States.
Where such transfers occur, Archzz ensures adequate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses (SCCs) under GDPR or equivalent mechanisms under PDPA.

Archzz implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction.
These include:
(1) Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS / SSL)
(2) Restricted internal access
(3) Regular vulnerability assessments

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to:
(1) Fulfill the purpose for which it was collected;
(2) Comply with legal obligations; or
(3) Resolve disputes and enforce agreements.
You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 9 below).

Archzz may engage trusted third-party subprocessors (e.g., AWS, Stripe, OpenAI, etc.) to provide cloud hosting, payment processing, or AI generation services. In doing so, we may transfer your personal data to these subprocessors only to the extent necessary for the performance of the Services. We ensure that all such subprocessors are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations that provide a standard of protection comparable to that under the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
(1) Access your personal data;
(2) Correct inaccurate data;
(3) Request deletion (“right to be forgotten”);
(4) Restrict or object to processing;
(5) Data portability;
(6) Withdraw consent at any time.
You may exercise these rights by contacting our Data Protection Officer.

In case of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights, Archzz will notify affected users and relevant authorities without undue delay.

This Addendum is governed by the laws of Singapore.
