This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of our website, products, and services, including the purchase and download of 3D models, access to interior design inspirations, and use of AI-powered design generation tools (collectively, the “Services”).

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use Archzz. By creating an account or using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

To access certain features, you may need to create an account.
You agree to:
(1) Provide truthful and accurate information;
(2) Keep your login credentials secure; and
(3) Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Archzz reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement.

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the Agreement.
You shall not, and shall not permit any third party to:
(1) Copy, modify, distribute, resell, or sublicense any content, data, images, or any other materials provided through the Services, except as explicitly permitted by Archzz in writing;
(2) Use the Services for any infringing, deceptive, defamatory, or otherwise harmful purposes, including the generation of content that violates laws ;
(3) Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the source code or proper functioning of Archzz and its associated services;
(4) Use scraping, crawling, bots, or any other automated means to extract data or images from Archzz in bulk for any purpose;
(5) Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with any access controls, digital watermarks, or technical security measures implemented by Archzz.

4.1 License Grant
When you purchase or download a 3D model from Archzz, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, nationwide license to use the model for personal, educational visualization projects.
4.2 Restrictions
You may not:
(1) Redistribute, resell, share, or transfer the model files (in original or modified form) to others;
(2) Use models as the main value of a product for resale (e.g., re-selling models, re-uploading on marketplaces);
(3) Claim authorship or copyright ownership over the original model.
4.3 Third-Party Model Sources
Some models available on Archzz may originate from third-party sources, including licensed contributors or external repositories.
Archzz performs reasonable screening but does not independently verify ownership of all third-party content.
If you believe any model infringes your rights, please contact us at 【support@archzz.com】, and we will investigate and, if appropriate, remove or restrict the material.
Archzz acts as a platform and distributor for such content and assumes no liability for third-party materials provided through the Service.

We may provide AI tools for you now or in the future. In the event that such Services are provided,our AI tools allow you to generate images or visual materials based on text prompts or other reference data.
5.1 Use of Generated Content
You may use AI-generated outputs for personal or commercial purposes, subject to this Agreement and applicable laws.
However, you acknowledge and agree that:
(1) AI-generated content may not be unique, and similar outputs may be generated by others;
(2) Generated content may inadvertently resemble existing artworks, designs, or photographs;
(3) Archzz does not guarantee non-infringement, originality, or fitness for a specific purpose.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the generated content complies with all intellectual property, publicity, and other applicable laws. we shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the AI-generated content. You acknowledge and agree that such content is accessed and used at your own risk.
5.2 Training and Data
By using our AI tools, you acknowledge that Archzz may process input prompts and generation results to improve its algorithms, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
We do not use your personal images or proprietary data to train public models without your explicit consent.

All content on Archzz.com—including but not limited to text, graphics, 3D models, images, software,interface design, databases, logos,and the Archzz brand—is owned or licensed by Archzz and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Any unauthorised use of the content on Archzz.com ,including but not limited to reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation, is strictly prohibited.
Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of intellectual property rights to you.
If you submit content (e.g., uploaded designs, comments, or model files), you grant Archzz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it as needed to operate and promote the Services.

All purchases are processed via secure third-party payment systems.
Unless otherwise required by law, all payments are non-refundable once the digital product has been delivered or accessed.
Archzz reserves the right to modify pricing, licensing terms, or payment methods at any time.

Our Services may include links to third-party websites, software, or resources. Archzz does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party content.
Use of such resources is subject to those third parties’ terms and policies.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
Archzz disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
(1) The Services will be uninterrupted or error-free;
(2) Models or AI outputs are accurate, original, or legally risk-free; or
(3) Content from third-party contributors is properly licensed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Archzz and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the total amount you paid to Archzz during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Archzz, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your:
(1) Violation of this Agreement;
(2) Misuse of the Services or content; or
(3) Infringement of third-party rights.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate the provision of all or part of the Services to you without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that: (a) you have breached this Agreement; (b) your use of the Services involves suspected illegal activity; or (c) such action is necessary to protect the security or integrity of the Services.
Upon termination, all licenses we granted to you will immediately end.
Please note that this provision is established to safeguard the integrity of the Services and ensure a high-quality experience for our community. We undertake not to use this right to unfairly disrupt your access to our services, and will only exercise it under circumstances that are necessary, reasonable, and lawful.

Archzz may revise this Agreement from time to time.
Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes arising from this Agreement or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

This Data Protection Addendum (“Addendum”) forms part of the Terms of Use (“Agreement”) between you (“User”) and Archzz Pte. Ltd. (“Archzz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
This Addendum describes how Archzz complies with applicable data protection laws, including the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1.1 Personal Data: Any information that identifies or can identify a living individual.
1.2 Processing: Any operation performed on personal data (collection, use, storage, transmission, deletion, etc.).
1.3 Controller: The party determining the purposes and means of processing personal data (Archzz acts as Controller for user data).
1.4 Processor: The party processing data on behalf of a controller (e.g., hosting provider, payment processor).

Archzz acts as the data controller for information collected directly from users, such as account details and usage data.
When we use third-party services (e.g., cloud hosting, AI engines, or payment gateways), those services act as data processors.
Archzz ensures all processors provide adequate protection consistent with this Addendum.

We may process the following personal data:
(1) Account information (name, email, password hash)
(2) Payment details (processed securely by third-party providers)
(3) Log data (IP address, browser type, device information)
(4) Prompts, uploaded files, or generated outputs when using AI tools
(5) Communication data (support requests, feedback, or correspondence)

We process your personal data for the following purposes:
(1) To provide and maintain the Services (performance of a contract);
(2) To communicate with you (legitimate interest);
(3) To manage billing and payments (legal obligation and contract);
(4) To improve and personalize our Services (legitimate interest);
(5) To comply with applicable laws (legal obligation).

Your data may be transferred and processed outside your country, including to servers located in Singapore, the EU, or the United States.
Where such transfers occur, Archzz ensures adequate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses (SCCs) under GDPR or equivalent mechanisms under PDPA.

Archzz implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction.
These include:
(1) Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS / SSL)
(2) Restricted internal access
(3) Regular vulnerability assessments

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to:
(1) Fulfill the purpose for which it was collected;
(2) Comply with legal obligations; or
(3) Resolve disputes and enforce agreements.
You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 9 below).

Archzz may engage trusted third-party subprocessors (e.g., AWS, Stripe, OpenAI, etc.) to provide cloud hosting, payment processing, or AI generation services. In doing so, we may transfer your personal data to these subprocessors only to the extent necessary for the performance of the Services. We ensure that all such subprocessors are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations that provide a standard of protection comparable to that under the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
(1) Access your personal data;
(2) Correct inaccurate data;
(3) Request deletion (“right to be forgotten”);
(4) Restrict or object to processing;
(5) Data portability;
(6) Withdraw consent at any time.

In case of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights, Archzz will notify affected users and relevant authorities without undue delay.

Welcome to ARCHZZ AI! This Service is operated by ARCHZZ TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. (hereinafter "ARCHZZ" ,"the Company", "we", "us", or "our").
This Agreement is a special supplement to our Terms of Use All relevant rules and the Privacy Policy collectively form the "Entire Agreement." In case of conflict regarding AI services, this Agreement shall prevail.
Please read all terms carefully, especially those in bold. Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian. By clicking "Confirm" or using the Service, you agree to the Entire Agreement. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

1.1 Our products and services include products and services provided to you via web pages, applications (possibly including different versions), mini-programs, and innovative forms emerging with technological development, including but not limited to platforms with generative artificial intelligence services as the core function and other functions (hereinafter referred to as "ARCHZZ AI" or "the Service").
1.2 The generative artificial intelligence products and services we provide are based on the ARCHZZ AI large model, developed through stages such as large-scale self-supervised pre-training and targeted optimization training based on deep neural network algorithms. This model can generate images from input information (including text, images, etc.).
The Company provides the Service as an artificial intelligence-powered technical tool designed to assist with creative visualization and conceptual design. You acknowledge and agree that ARCHZZ is a provider of technology services, not a provider of professional architectural, interior design, engineering, or other regulated professional services. Any Output generated by the Service is for reference and does not constitute professional advice.The User remains solely responsible for the final review, modification, and validation of any Output before its implementation.
1.3 With the continuous iteration of generative AI technology, models, and products, as well as changes in laws and regulations, we may add, upgrade, change, suspend, or terminate services, or make necessary adjustments to the technology, methods, and performance of services, and may conduct internal or external testing for new service functions.
1.4 We will take necessary measures no less than industry practices to ensure the network security and stable operation of the platform, and strive to enhance and improve technology to ensure your experience with our products and services. If you have any questions or feedback regarding our services, you may contact us via the methods specified in Article 9.

2.1 The Service is primarily intended for adults. If you are under 18 years of age or have not reached the legal age of majority in your place of residence, please read this Agreement in the company of a legal guardian and use the Service only after obtaining the consent of the legal guardian.
2.2 Before using the Service, you should register an account via mobile phone number or a third-party account as prompted on the page, provide true, accurate, legal, and valid information as required. If the materials you submit or the information you provide is inaccurate, untrue, or illegal, we have the right to refuse to provide you with relevant functions. Your account is non-transferable, non-giftable, and non-inheritable.
2.3 When registering and using an account, you must promise and warrant:
(1) To bear full responsibility for the authenticity, legality, and validity of the registration information;
(2) To properly keep the account and password, and bear legal responsibility for all actions under the account;
(3) Not to maliciously register accounts, including but not limited to frequent registration or batch registration;
(4) Not to transfer, lend, rent, or provide the account to others in any form;
(5) Your account registration information (name, avatar, profile,etc.) shall not violate laws or infringe upon others' rights.
2.4 You shall properly keep your account, password, and verification code. You shall bear the corresponding responsibility for various losses caused by the leakage of the account or password.
2.5 After a user cancels the account, we still have the right to retain the user's registration data and records within the scope permitted by law, and exercise rights for any illegal acts committed before cancellation.

3.1 We grant you a revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive right to legally use the product. If you publicly publish or disseminate the output generated by the Service, you shall:
(1) Proactively verify the legality, authenticity, and accuracy of the output content;
(2) Prominently label that the output content is generated by artificial intelligence;
(3) Content generated by this Service may include automated digital watermarks, metadata, or other AI-identification tags. Users shall not remove, modify, bypass, or obscure such identifiers in any manner；
(4) Avoid publishing and disseminating any output content that violates this Agreement.
3.2 You shall not use the Service to infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others or disrupt the normal order of the Internet platform.
3.3 You shall not input, utilize the Service to output, or disseminate the following illegal or harmful information:
(1) Unauthorized misleading false images of others (especially political figures or celebrities);
(2) Content involving child pornography, extreme violence, terrorism, hate speech, or discrimination;
(3) Content that undermines racial harmony, religious feelings, or insults royal families/governments;
(4) Use in high-risk areas prohibited by the EU AI Act (such as biometric identification);
(5) Other content prohibited by law.
3.4 You shall not maliciously counteract the security management mechanisms of the Service through:
(1) Using variants, garbled codes, or homophones to evade detection;
(2) Conducting malicious attacks, reverse induction, or jailbreak attacks (data poisoning);
(3) Unauthorized removal or tampering with the generated content identifiers (watermarks) involved in the Service.
3.5 You shall not engage in activities that endanger the security of the Service, including:
(1) Unauthorized access to servers or accounts, or probing system weaknesses;
(2) Intentionally spreading malicious programs or viruses;
(3) Reverse engineering, reverse compiling, or using robots/crawlers to scrape content;
(4) Other activities endangering the system or network security.
3.6 You shall not use the Service for improper purposes, including:
(1) Any illegal purposes violating laws or infringing third-party rights;
(2) Dangerous purposes violating scientific and technological ethics;
(3) Acts of monopoly or unfair competition;
(4) Unauthorized copying, transfer, rental, or sub-licensing of the Service.

4.1 You agree not to upload any highly sensitive or confidential business information. The Company shall not be liable for any claims or damages arising from your voluntary submission of such confidential content for AI processing.You warrant that you possess all necessary rights to process the inputs and that they do not infringe upon any third-party legal rights.
4.2 You acknowledge and agree that due to the nature of generative AI, the Service may produce identical, similar, or different Output for various users. We does not guarantee that your Output will be unique or exclusive to you.
ARCHZZ does not guarantee the legality, accuracy, or suitability of any Output. The Service is provided as a technical tool, and all Output is generated automatically.The Output is provided on an "as-is" basis for reference purposes only. You should not rely on the Output for any legal, technical, or professional decisions.
4.3 As a technology provider, the Company bears no legal responsibility for any AI-generated content.The User remains solely responsible for the final review, modification, and validation of any Output before its implementation , and shall be exclusively liable for all legal consequences arising from such use.Any and all risks, losses, or damages arising from the use of or reliance on the Output shall be at the User's sole and exclusive risk and responsibility.

5.1 We may collect and process: (1) Account information and prompts; (2) Generated data; (3) Technical data (IP, device info, location,etc.).
5.2 We use the data for: (1) Providing services; (2) Optimizing AI model quality; (3) Fulfilling legal obligations; (4) Unless you explicitly opt out by contacting us as specified in Article 9, we may use your data for model tuning and service optimization after it has been anonymized or de-identified.
5.3 Your personal data may be transferred to and stored on servers outside of Singapore. We ensure a level of protection equivalent to that within Singapore through Standard Contractual Clauses.
5.4 Provided that legal requirements are met, you have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data. You understand that anonymized training data integrated into model weights may not be subject to physical deletion.
5.5 Prohibition of Sensitive Information: Users are strongly advised not to enter highly sensitive information (bank accounts, passwords, medical records,etc.). The company is not liable for consequences resulting from such proactive disclosure.

6.1 ARCHZZ owns all rights to the Service (software, code, model weights, UI, etc.), except for the rights that users enjoy according to legal provisions (such as specific inputs and outputs).
6.2 Without permission, you shall not use any trademarks or brand features of "ARCHZZ" or "ARCHZZ AI".

7.1 In response to violations, we may take measures such as warnings, restricting account functions, or closing accounts. You shall bear all legal responsibility and compensate for any losses caused to us.
7.2 The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet all requirements.
7.3 Under no circumstances shall the Service be liable for failures caused by network/power issues, force majeure, government actions, or hacker attacks beyond reasonable control.
7.4 During the testing period of new functions, we do not guarantee service stability.
7.5 To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the user in the past 6 months.

8.1 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.
8.2 Any dispute shall first be resolved through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, it shall be submitted to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) for final adjudication in English.

10.1 We may revise this Agreement from time to time. Your continued use of the Service will be deemed as your acceptance of the modified agreement.
10.2 We have the right to designate affiliates or successor companies to continue operating the Service.
